I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.

The owner was incredibly honest, professional, and transparent. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, walked me through the repair process in detail, and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated his honesty and fair pricing.

What impressed me the most was how quickly they responded. He arrived at my home at 10:00 a.m., had his crew on site by noon, and they completed the entire sewer line repair by 3:30 p.m. on one of the hottest days of the year. His team worked incredibly hard, remained professional and courteous throughout the entire job, and treated my property with respect.

Finding a contractor you can trust isn’t always easy, but this company exceeded every expectation. Their honesty, efficiency, workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding.

I noticed a spot of moisture on my ceiling and called the company - they sent Jose the next morning but when he arrived after testing the area and inspecting the house he quickly determined that it was an isolated incident and further action was not required. We’ve used Tip Top Plumbing & Restoration on multiple occasions and they have never disappointed.
